Hi, my name is Jen. Let me tell you a little bit about an idea I had rolling around in my head for quite a while.
For a long time, I dreamt about a multifaceted wellness business that had a creative edge to it. As a photographer, former marketer, and current therapist and coach, I wanted to find a way to combine all of these things in one place. I dreamt of adding other wellness practitioners to the practice where they could also flex their creative muscle while working as a therapist or coach too. For a long time, this remained a dream until one day I realized: I just had to start.
Welcome to my starting point where one day, Rise|Seek will be a creative hub where wellness practitioners, therapists, mentors, and coaches with a creative side will come together to serve clients.

We're taking baby steps as we grow here at Rise|Seek, but I am excited to be offering therapy services in conjunction with Sandy Shores Counseling as I get the rest of Rise|Seek up and running.
I am a holistic psychotherapist with my masters in clinical mental health counseling from New York University. I hold associate level licensure in the state of Utah. This means I am working under a licensed supervisor, and once I meet the hours required for full licensure in Utah, I will be able to offer therapy directly through Rise|Seek Co. Once fully licensed, my title will change to Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Fancy, huh?
At Rise|Seek Co., and as a therapist, I believe that all clients hold limitless potential. I view therapy holistically, looking at the whole person, your lived experiences, and how your environment influences you. I believe that your lived experience matters.
